Mutholy Service Co-Operative Bank Ltd No.1631, one of the leading Co-Operative bank in Kerala was registered and started functioning as a Co-Operative bank in the year 1957.

We have started a fertilizer Depot in 1961 and the same year  Savings Bank Account also started.

In 1966, our Consumer store was started.

The inauguration of own office building, was conducted on 16-02-1975.

Area of operations of our Bank, includes Thekkummuri, Puliyannoor, Padinjattinkara, Kaniyakkadu,  Neyyoor, Murikkanadu regions  of Mutholy Panchayat.

On 10-10-1982, our branch at Padinjattinkara was started functioning.

On 02-01-1985, Neyyoor branch also started functioning.

We have proudly celebrated  the silver jubilee of our bank in 1983,  August 26th ,27th  and 28.

Office buildings for our Padinjatkainkara and Neyyor branches were inaugurated on 05-03-1989.

Our bank became fully computerized on 1st of September 1995.

In 01-11-2000, second floor of our main office was inaugurated. The second floor facility includes Auditorium, Meeting Hall and Record room.  In the first floor, we have the Loan Section and the Deposit Sections working as two separate divisions.

Bank celebrated its Golden Jubilee in the financial year 2008-2009. As a part of the celebration, the foundation stone for-- our ambitious project Co-Operative Retirement Home (Sahakarana Visrama Bhavanam)- was laid on  26-04-2008. On the same day a year long golden jubilee celebration also was inaugurated.
